Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services by Electronic Means

I. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of services by Elandom Nieruchomości S.C. E. Dobrucka, A. Betnarska with its registered office in Józefów at 14 Marii Skłodowska-Curie Street, 05-420 Józefów, NIP: 5322055363, REGON: 363029465 (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”), via the website available at elandom.pl.
  2. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the following definitions are adopted:

    • Terms and Conditions – this document defining the terms and conditions of using the Website;
    • Website – the Service Provider’s website located in the elandom.pl domain with subpages;
    • User – any natural person visiting the Website and using its functions;
    • Contractor – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, interested in the Service Provider’s offer;
    • Services – all services provided by the Service Provider using the Website or electronic channels (e.g. e-mail), including, m.in, preparing quotes based on inquiries sent via the contact form.

  2. In order to minimize the threats, it is recommended to use antivirus software and a firewall.

V. Scope of services

  1. The Website allows you to get acquainted with the Service Provider’s offer, including in the scope of:

    • Rental
    • financing of real estate investments.

  1. The User may submit an inquiry regarding services, including a request for a quote, using the contact form or other contact details available on the Website.
  2. The response may contain commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
  3. The quote sent in response is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

VII. Newsletter

  1. The Service Provider may provide the possibility of subscribing to the Newsletter.
  2. The Service is free of charge and is provided until it is terminated by the User or the Service Provider.
  3. Subscription requires a double opt-in.
  4. The newsletter contains information about services, promotions and the real estate market.
  5. The User may unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time via the link in the message or by sending an e-mail to biuro@elandom.pl.

VIII. Protection of personal data and cookies

IX. Copyright

  1. The content and materials available on the Website are the property of the Service Provider or cooperating persons.

XI. Final provisions

  2. The Service Provider may introduce changes to the Terms and Conditions, which are effective from the moment of their publication on the Website.
  3. Polish law applies to all disputes.
  4. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
  5. In unregulated matters, the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts in force in Poland apply.
